Currently, we are not accepting any PRIVATE/INDIVIDUAL custom requests. We hope to be able to open up our commission slots again in the near future. When we are back up to our regular schedule, we will go through the existing wait list before accepting new requests. Thank you for your understanding and patience. Welcome to ARSENICxCYANIDE's custom hat form and information page. Please read the entire description before filling out the form above. Note that filling out the form does not mean your order has been or will be accepted. We will be working on custom orders between our convention schedules. This may lead to long wait and delays; up to 3-6 months.

General Costs
Custom hat starts at $60 USD.
Customize symbols or customize engraving are $5 extra per piece.
Shipping and handling within the US is about $5.80.
Shipping and handling internationally costs estimated at $14-$22.
Tax is applicable in CALIFORNIA, USA.
Accurate totals will be provided through EMAIL for confirmation.

General Timeline
1.) Fill out form to be on the waitlist.
2.) Accepted requests will be notified through EMAIL
3.) Confirmation by customer that all provided information is correct
4.) Customer pays for the request through PAYPAL ONLY. Confirmation is made by EMAIL.
5.) Custom hat is then completed and shipped to customer.
*After payment is received the order is no longer eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Frequently Asked Questions
IMPORTANT If you are an event organizer or an individual looking to purchase BULK HATS (+24) for an event or a collaboration, please do not fill out this form. Instead email us for business inquires at ARSENICxCYANIDE@gmail.com.

Q1: Can we order a limited run or sold out hat? Example: Bakugou's limited BITCH hat?
A: Under no circumstances will ARSENICxCYANIDE accept requests of hats that are an existing design, limited, or sold out from our shop.

Q2: Could I request a hat to be made for ____ convention?
A: Unfortunately, due to our schedule, we will not be able to honor deadline requests.

Q3: Can you do custom fabric printing?
A: That is currently outside of our capabilities at this time however, we do have a wide range of choices of hat bases. Please make your hat base request like the following example: black hat with solid blue brim.

Q4: Can we order more than 1 Custom hat?
A: Yes, but each hat needs its own form and we cannot guarantee that they will be made at the same time.

[Terms and Conditions]
1.) I agree and understand that once the request is accepted and paid we will be working on it immediately. Custom orders cannot be cancelled and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
2.) I agree and understand that ARSENICxCYANIDE is NOT responsible for misspellings made by customer on this form and will create the custom piece according to the form.
3.) I agree and understand that this form will put me on ARSENICxCYANIDE's waitlist and that there may be a long wait until my order is fulfilled.
4.) I agree and understand that ARSENICxCYANIDE is NOT responsible for lost packages or if the customer provides an invalid address. However, all custom orders will have tracking provided. In the case of lost packages, a replacement hat will be created at the fee of 50% of the total cost.
5.) I agree and understand that while ARSENICxCYANIDE will do their best to fulfill all requests, not all requests can fulfilled. Example: color may not exist, hat base is not available, etc.
6.) I agree and understand that there could be a longer delay in fulfilling my order if I do not reply to ARSENICxCYANIDE's order confirmation message with in 5 business days.
